The Open Field Convertible Enclsoure is ideal for testing emotionality and the evolution of basal activity. The Enclosure tracks the animal’s response to environmental modifications. SDI offers a variety of color options and surface textures to work with your subjects. The Open Field Convertible Enclosure has been deisgned so it can quickly be changed from four arenas to a single large arena, fitting a wide range of experiments. The enclosure is uniquely designed and made out of ABS plastic allowing it to be easy to use, clean and transport, as well as highly versatile. The enclsoure can be paired with ANY-maze video tracking software to help automate your behavioral testing.
The multi unit open field provides four (4) equal quadrants to run multiple animals at one time. The drop in walls divide the main unit with easy assembly.
